I bought this CD because I became very late aware of the talent of Klaus Schulze and I wanted to have a collection of most of his tracks. When you think of electronics in the 70's you always default to Kraftwerk. But this guy is the master of electronic trance music. He has so amazing soundscapes and synthlines in his tracks that I am surprised no techno artist of the 90s or later has sampled some of his sequences. Maybe I should do this :)

However I bought this compilation because of the "For Barry Graves" mix which was recorded in television concert in 1977. But the sound quality is so bad it is completely overdriven and it sounds like a guy has held his MONO condenser mic in front of Klaus face to record this track. I was expecting much higher quality. The vid rip on YouTube of this concert sounds much better than the track which is "Mastered" here :(
