Notes

Formation managed to misspell the title of this release. The title on the cover should of course read "A Taste Of Things To Come Remixes"!

He takes 'Source Of All Evil', using the classic Ratty elements that make up this tune and turns it into a wicked darkside steppa, reverse bongos ala Bizzy B style, flanged snares & dark, dark stabs, choral loops and all. Jack Frost takes his spin on 'Bells of Dawn' and twists it into a lovely bass-heavy just perfect for the intro or outro of a set track quite a hard thing to do - right till the hoovers kick in and it all rolls off into 1993 heaven. This is easily the tune for me on here but either alone is well worth tracking this release down. A Sign of Things To Come - Advance. What we have here is yet another excellent ep from the Formation label in 1994. The hard job of taking two great tunes off Ratty's ep and remixing them fall to Jumping Jack Frost & Dj Ss and as usual, they don't disappoint. He takes 'Source Of All Evil', using the classic Ratty elements that make up this tune and turns it into a wicked darkside steppa, reverse bongos (ala Bizzy B style), flanged snares & dark, dark stabs, choral loops and all.

Note the spelling error on the scan of my cover 'A Tatse of Things' - not often seen on a release like this!!
